BUSINESS POLICIES:
1. In addition to online ordering, we also
accept orders through
telephone, email or fax. When placing an order please provide: A. Primary, and if available,
alternative, phone number(s); B. Delivery Address; C. Dates and time when you
can accept delivery.
2. All orders will be followed up with a phone or email communication to confirm
availability, provide an estimated delivery time, and arrange for a delivery
date. Delivery usually takes place 1 to 10 days after ordering. In special cases
such as back-order or out-of-stock items, we will provide a delivery estimate,
or an option to cancel or choose alternative products.
3. We make every effort to ensure that orders are delivered promptly, and most
of our products can be delivered within one week or less. However, some
our products have longer lead times, either because they are shipped from a
distant warehouse or they are back ordered. For items that takes longer than
normal, we will provide an estimated time frame to the best of our ability and
you have the option to pay only a deposit to initiate the order; balance doesn't
have to be paid until product is ready to be ship. As a courtesy service,
if you purchase multiple products and some are available sooner than others, we
are often able to make more separate deliveries/shipments.
4. We reserve the right to cancel any order. We will provide prompt and full
refund for any cancelled order.
5. The minimum purchase value to qualify for free delivery in NYC is $200.
Otherwise, we charge a nominal delivery fee or have the merchandise available in
our Showroom for self-pickup.
6. For delivery beyond the 5 Boroughs of New York City, we reserve the right to
assess a fee to defray the costs of toll and fuel.
7. Customers are responsible for inspecting merchandise before our staff leaves
the delivery premise. We are not responsible for any problems after our delivery
associates have left.
8. We do not provide product warranty beyond what the product manufacturers or
suppliers offer.
9. Furniture delivery and assembly are provided as complimentary services. While
we take care to avoid damaging any property while delivering furniture,
which are generally heavy, we are not responsible for any accidental property
damage that may occur.
10. Prices are subject to change without notice. We undertake no responsibility
to honor pricing or other errors on our website.
11. Return Policy - No returns are accepted without prior Return
Authorization from us. Return Authorization request must be made within 48
hours of delivery. You are responsible for shipping back items to our
showroom well packaged, in good, resalable condition and within 7 days of delivery.
There is a restocking fee of 20%. If you want us to pick up the item(s) to be
returned, to the extend we can do so, the restocking fee will be no less than
30%. If the item is scratched or damaged, the restocking fee will be
higher, depending on the particular situation. For damaged items, we reserve the
right to refuse return.
